E-wallet balance withdrawal rules

1. Please fill out the "E-wallet Balance Withdrawal Application Form" at the bottom of this page, and make sure the information is correct. The passbook must be the cover of your own passbook, if the information is wrong, we will not accept the withdrawal.
2. The handling fee is NT$50 per NT$2,000,000, for example: NT$50 for NT$1,000,000; NT$100 for NT$3,000,000
3. For E-wallets with a balance of less than NTD$50, withdrawals can only be made at our office.
4. The balance withdrawal period is 3-5 working days after the delivery of the form.
